Returns & Exchanges
Every piece in Starling World is made or curated by MoniKa Starling. Because the collection mixes one-of-one artwork with prints, apparel, and beauty, our policy differs by category.
Original Artwork (Paintings & Digital Drawings)
Original works are one-of-one and are **final sale**. Each original ships fully insured and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
**Damage guarantee:** if an original arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at starlingworld@icloud.com with photos of the piece and the packaging. We will file the insurance claim and refund you 100% upon receipt of the damaged piece.
Art Prints, Apparel, Accessories & Beauty
We accept **exchanges and store credit within 7 days of delivery**. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, beauty products can only be exchanged if unopened.
To start an exchange, email starlingworld@icloud.com with your order number. We respond within 48 hours.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If anything arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement, store credit, or full refund.
